traditionally furnished with Cypriot antiques and a swimming pool
added by the current British owners. There are many superb features
to this stunning property but probably the most impressive is the
arched courtyard with stone niches, originally used for cooling
water, built-in barbecue and old wooden doors leading to the
farmhouse kitchen with stone fireplace and double doors into the
cosy sitting room with a second open fireplace. Downstairs shower
room with washing machine and upstairs to an enormous landing which
is furnished with Cypriot wardrobes and chests. Master bedroom with
four poster bed, Cypriot furniture and ceiling fan, bedroom two with
twin beds and portable fan and bedroom three with twin beds and
portable fan. There is a bathroom and wooden doors to upstairs
terrace with good views. Aga Evi is less than a 5 minute drive to
several restaurants and sandy beaches and approximately 5 miles from
Kyrenia. A superb holiday retreat for those looking for an authentic
house in a Cypriot village.
