LOWER HOUSE - ILGAZ

The Lower House, with superb views of the mountains and sea is built on two levels with four bedrooms and four bathroom. The two lower bedrooms reached by steps from the main house are below the large west-facing terrace and have their own terrace. The house is simply and comfortably furnished and well equipped, and has extensive terraces, gardens with flowers, trees and fruit trees; an old olive and almond grove lies between the house and the village.

The master bedroom with its 6' wide four-poster bed has air-conditioning, bathroom en-suite and windows on three sides with French windows opening onto a sheltered courtyard with its small splash pool. Also on the same level is a smaller double bedroom with twin beds and its own bathroom.

The living room is spacious and lofty, windows on three sides, a corner fireplace and French doors opening onto the large west-facing terrace with iron garden furniture for outdoor eating. Through an arch is the pine fitted kitchen with cobalt Turkish tiles. An arched hatch gives access to the dining area of the living room.

Below the terrace the two lower bedrooms each have their own shower/W.C. Both have twin beds. All bedrooms have lovely views, spacious wardrobes and all beds have duvets. The overhanging eaves of the house give protection from sun and rain.
The good-sized swimming pool is on the same level as the lower bedroom, in a courtyard.

Charges

Letting Period
The villa is let for complete weeks only, .

Booking
A deposit of 20% of the total rent charge is payable on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Receipt of your deposit will be acknowledged by post.

Refundable Bond
This is £100 per booking against breakages or damage. It is payable with the balance of your payment 8 weeks prior to departure. It is returned to you one week after the end of your holiday. In the event of cancellation it is always refunded.
