Our 3 bed semi-detached Villa is Located 2km from the beautiful sleepy fishing village of Bogaz and only 500 metres from the sandy beaches all along the southern edge of the Karpas peninsula. It is 20 km from Famagusta and only 5 km from the beautiful Bafra region. You are only 8 km from Salamis Ruins,20 km from Kantara castle and approximately from Ercan airport.

There is a very reasonably priced restaurant 100 metres from our complex, alternatively there are several restaurants including fresh fish ones in Bogaz. There is a local shop some 500 metres down the road which caters for all your general needs.

Outside Perimeter stone wall all round driveway with parking for your car, BBQ is provided with plastic table and chairs.

Swimming Pool there is a large communal pool for your use and pleasure opposite our house

This property is tastefully decorated throughout and offers excellent accommodation for up to 7 people.

All Linen and towels (not beach) are provided.

ALL windows have shutters and insect nets including window dressing/curtains which  is not reflected in the pictures.

Restrictions No pets or animals. No smoking in the house please.

Charges and Conditions

There is a damage bond of £150 required with the balance. This will be refunded 1 week after your return.

A 20% deposit is required with every booking and balance paid in full 8 weeks before travel.

Cancellation costs up to 8 weeks = deposit, 60 – 29 days = 50%, less than 29 days = 100%
