Accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge/diner, with comfortable seating for 6 people, wrought iron dining table & chairs, double aspect patio doors onto an arched veranda. Digiturk satellite TV & DVD player are provided. The kitchen is fully fitted and very spacious, gas hob & cooker hood, electric oven with grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle are provided. There is also a large utility room with 2nd sink & automatic washing machine, ironing board & clothes airer. A downstairs cloakroom completes the ground floor, which is marbled throughout. Wide marble stairs with wrought iron railings lead to the upper floor, with 3 bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an ensuite showeroom, double aspect windows one with

balcony and sea & mountain views. Bedroom 2 is a double aspect with double bed & balcony. Bedroom 3 is twin bedded. All have large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is a large family bathroom.

Outside, there is a 30x14 ft roman ended private pool with steps and night lights. Garden table and chairs and sunbeds are provided for the terraced areas. Everything you need has been provided except beach towels. Bed linen changed weekly and Welcome food pack are provided.

LETTING PERIOD

THE PROPERTY IS LET FOR COMPLETE WEEKS ONLY.

A deposit of 20% of the total rent charge is payable on booking. The balance is payable

8 weeks prior to departure. Receipt of your deposit will be acknowledged by post.

This is £100 per booking against breakages or damage. It is payable with the balance

of your payment 8 weeks prior to departure. It is returned to you one week after the

end of your holiday. In the event of cancellation it is always refunded.
