LOCATION: Located on the hillside, approximately 8
miles west of Kyrenia, near the village of Alsancak. Car hire is
recommended. SIZE: 103 one, two and three bedroom superior villas
& studios.
BOARD BASIS: Bed & Breakfast.
ROOMS: The air-conditioned villas have one or two
bedrooms upstairs with a shower, bath, wc and an open-plan lounge
and kitchenette downstairs. Each has a telephone, television and
two balconies or two terraces. Prices for one bedroom villas are
based on two persons sharing; and two bedroom villas on four
persons sharing. The newest addition to the complex are the one
and two-bedroomed apartments, which sleeps two and four persons
respectively. They have similar facilities as the villas but are
located on one floor and therefore ideal for those clients who do
not like stairs. Luxury villas with superior décor are available
at a supplement. COMFORT & CONVENIENCE: Large outdoor pool,
a separate swimming pool with water slides, indoor heated pool,
Jacuzzi, tennis court*, mini-market, Aqua Park, a fitness room*,
sauna*, massage*, horse riding*, aviary, organically grown
vegetables from the Riverside farm, information centre, children’s
activities and entertainment in high season, baby-sitting
service*, Irish bar, 24 hour reception, courtesy bus to Kyrenia
town centre and the beach.
FOOD & DRINK: 2 restaurants – 3 bars. Breakfast and
dinner are usually served in the large main restaurant.
ENTERTAINMENT: There is usually live music 3 nights a
