/bars. 40minutes transfer from Ercan airport and 30minutes
from Lefkosa We can organize transfer and car hire if required
at reasonable rates. Leading into the hallway from the
front door into a spacious lounge/dinner with a 3 and 2 seater
settees one armchair coffee table cd/radio player. Patio doors
leading to the patio at the front of the house. 4 doors lead
of from the hallway 2 to the bedrooms 1 to the bathroom and 1
to the kitchen. First bedroom overlooks the view of the front
of the house and scenic views consists of 2 twin beds large
wardrobe chest drawers and bedside table. 2nd bedroom
overlooks the swimming pool fruit trees and mountains which is
the back of the house. the downstairs bathroom is fully equipped
with shower and tiled throughout Kitchen is fully equipped
with everything you require washing machine iron microwave
toaster kettle. Walking through the backdoor of the kitchen
leads to the second patio with views of the sea (lovely to
have your
breakfast
on. The garden is fully laid to lawn and is enclosed by double
gates to driveway for parking a car and local
stone walls surround the property The
swimming pool is 8m x 4m with a sun terrace around it with
sun lounges and parasols just right for lazing
in the sun. there are also fruit trees
in the garden which you can pick and eat for yourselves.
Going up the stairway from the hallway to the
landing at the top of the house the left
door leads to a large sun terrace overlooking the mountains
and surrounding areas door on the left leads to
the 2nd large roof terrace overlooking
the sea and surrounding areas the middle door leads to the
master bedroom which is en-suite double bed
fully fitted wardrobes bedside tables
and chest drawers All bathrooms are fully equipped with
showers and fully tiled. Floors throughout the house are all
marble. are linen and towels provided but not beach towels.
Booking requires 20%deposit balance to follow 8weeks prior to
departure. A refundable damage band £150 is required and will
be refunded to you one week after your stay.
