TICKET CONDITIONS ON UK FLIGHTS
| Application
Special fares will be applicable for all
departures from 14 January 2008 to 30 June 2008 and tickets must
be issued latest on or before 31 December 2007. It is non
refundable. Endorsement must be completed as "NON REF/SPECIAL
FARE" Fare must be forced manually to the operator's system. All
other taxes can be retained from the system. Validity section must
be completed. Not valid before: 14 January 08. Not Valid after:30
June 08 |

Stop over |
|

|
May be permitted subject to availability
on UK-KK-UK and KK-UK-KK routes. Should a passenger wish to do so
at either direction ADA/AYT/IZM/DLM/GZT charge of £25.00 for each
stopover will be applied. TR airport departure taxes apply. |

Child and Infant |
|
|
|
|
|
Child fare 67% and infant fare 10% of the
adult fare. Same will apply to stopover charge. |
|
Refunds |
|
|
|
|
|
Non refundable. |

Option Rules |
|
|
|
|
|
Reservation option date is restricted to 2 weeks from the
reservation date. For departures within 2 weeks reservation and
ticketing at the same time. |

|
Change of reservation |
|
|
|
|
|
Changes are only permitted within the same duration from "14
January to 30 June 2008" Once ticketed any reservation change
within 72 hours of departure £ 30.00 and after a no-show is
subject to a fee of £50.00. Child pays 67%, Infant pays 10% of the
fee. The new booking should be made in the same class if the same
class is not available higher class of fare will apply. Travel
agents may collect the difference (s) on an MCO and can revalidate
the passenger’s ticket. Such service is non-commissionable. |

Free baggage allowance |
|
|
|
|
|
Adult and child baggage allowance is 25kgs. Infants has no baggage
allowance. Excess baggage fee for UK departures £6.00/kgs.
Departures from Turkey and North Cyprus € 6.00/kgs. |

|
Credit agent, discounted and open return tickets |
|
|
|
|
|
Tickets have to be issued from the highest class fare. |
|
All above terms and conditions are subject to change and does not
apply to BT tickets. Airline reserves the right to alter prices
and conditions for bookings where the ticket has not yet been paid
