Validity
Maximum stay 21 days.
Stop over
May be permitted subject to availability on UK-KK-UK and KK-UK-KK routes.
Should a passenger wish to do so at either direction ADA/AYT/IZM/DLM/GZT
charge of £25.00 for each stopover will be applied. TR airport departure
taxes apply.
Child and Infant
There are no Child or Infant BT fares.
Refunds
Once the ticket is issued 100% cancellation charge will apply.
Lost re-issue
Lost re-issue fee is £ 20.00 per passenger. ( If TOD is required an
additional £25.00 fee must be paid )
TOD
Ticket on departure fee is £25.00 per passenger.
PTA
Passenger Ticket Arrangement fee for Inbound flight is £10.00 per booking.
Option Rules
Reservation option date is restricted to 2 weeks from the reservation
date. For departures within 2 weeks, reservation and ticketing at the same
time.
Reservation
Outbound and inbound must be "OK" confirmed and ticket with waitlist
reservation will not be accepted at airports and passengers may be refused
seats. All expenses incurred resulting from DBC denied Boarding
Compensation or similar litigation against our airline will be recovered
from the issuing agent.
Change of reservation
Reservation alteration is not permitted for outbound. Alterations are
permitted on the return journey from Cyprus and Turkey to UK. Each
alteration can be made at a charge of £ 30.00. No alteration permitted
within 24 hours of departure. The maximum duration of the ticket does not
exceed 3 weeks. No name change. Correct spelling of full passenger name
should be entered at time of booking.
Free baggage allowance
Adult and child baggage allowance is 25kgs. Infants has no baggage
allowance. Excess baggage fee for UK departures £6.00/kgs. Departures from
Turkey and North Cyprus € 6.00/kgs.
Ticketing .
All above terms and conditions are subject to change. Airline reserves
the right to alter prices and conditions for bookings where the ticket has
not yet been paid for.
