Stop over
May be permitted subject to
availability on UK-KK-UK and
KK-UK-KK routes. Should a passenger
wish to do so at either direction
AYT/IZM/DLM/GZT charge of £25.00 for
each stopover will be applied. TR
airport departure taxes apply.
Child and Infant
Child fare 67% and infant fare 10%
of the adult fare. Same will apply
to stopover charge.
Refunds
Once the ticket is issued, if the
cancellation is made within 24 hours
of departure 70%, any other time
prior to this 30% cancellation
charge will apply for unused
sector(s).
Change of reservation
Once ticketed any reservation change
within 24 hours of departure or
after a no-show is subject to a fee
of £50.00. Any other change prior to
this will be £ 30.00. Plus the
higher class fare difference where
applicable. Travel agents can
collect such difference(s) issuing
an MCO and can revalidate the
passenger’s ticket. Such service is
non commissionable.
Free baggage allowance
25 Kg. Excess baggage charge for UK
departures £6.00/kg. Departures from
Turkey and North Cyprus €6.00/kg.
Credit agent, discounted and open
return tickets
Tickets have to be issued from the
highest class fare.
All above
terms and conditions are subject to

tickets. Airline reserves the right
